If not in the good books then you will perform till the system.is improved and later, suddenly your performance is under rated & questions are raised on your communication. If you object then you have problem with your attitude.
No growing prospect unless you keep your boss and HR happy.

Who will save IT department
Employee (Former Employee) –  ZS GlobeJune 17, 2018
Highly impacted department is the IT department. People working on the same designation for years with no scope for growth and a good increment. Long hours of work. Badly treated and high competition to save their own job due to which difference among the IT department itself.
Pros
Delivery department
Cons

Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) –  IllinoisJune 16, 2018
I will admit that I learned a lot from working at ZS but the pros do not outweigh the cons. In my interview i was told that everyone cares about each other and supports one another but in reality I have never worked for a more gossip-y or petty work environment (and that includes management). The people at ZS are second to none and that's definitely one of the main pros of working there but the work load is unreasonable and overwhelming.
Pros
the people
Cons
workload and work life balance

Question on your communication
AC (Former Employee) –  Pune, MaharashtraJune 10, 2018
Is ZS HR is aware what do they mean by a proper communication?
Unfortunately, when they want to through some employee out of the system then they raise a question on their communication and give low increment. The best part of ZS is the HR seniors whose think their communication is so fluent that the Americans wants to get training from them.
Pros
Free Snacks, drinks, movie tickets, sweet talk by HR
Cons
Career at stake if not in a good books of your manager, low visibility of growth if individual contributor and serious in work

Risky ZS HR team
AC (Former Employee) –  Pune, MaharashtraJune 10, 2018
ODue to internal politics, it's risky to work with ZS HR team. Close people of the top leaders have scope to grow and earn whereas others have an opportunity just show their skill, complete the task, improve the process, and after doing all this, if not in favor of the boss or their people then you have performance issues.
Pros
Free Snacks, drinks, movie tickets, sweet talk by HR
Cons
Career at stake if not in a good books of your manager, low visibility of growth if individual contributor and serious in work

Career Risk
Manager (Former Employee) –  PuneJune 2, 2018
Work life balance is for toss irrespective you are bachelor or married. Late hours of working compensated with hard drinks and free snacks. So good for those who look for free things and don't care for a career.
Compared to the work, salary and benefits are not upto the mark. Job is secured unless you are in the good books of the manager and sycophants. Management from delivery side is under press and misguidance of HR. Worst HR of this company. Had introduced western culture and had mastered in the policy of Divide and Rule.So you will observe that almost all are least interested in others.
Good for free drinks, snacks, and interiors which do not contribute to the career.
Pros
Free Hard Drinks, Snacks, tremendous monotonous work load, full of sycophants, worthless HR
Cons
You in this company

Working at ZS is a big No
Finance Executive (Former Employee) –  Pune, MaharashtraMay 31, 2018
Seniors and mangers are good to you only if u do sir sir and go around them do all kind of buttering,No proper management at all.
People with long tenure and higher designation have tons of ego and attitude. They behave as if they own the company and speak rough language on floor only when clients or international employees are there on floors they show ethics.Entirely fake ppl. Not at all an employee orientated company just has all kind of showoffs to gain attention of employees. If there is no peace from your senior ppl while you wrk no one can be productive Never appreciate hard wrking ppl.only appreciate ppl who try to fool seniors on their face.Too much of politics is played for no reason.
Pros
Free food which is of no use if u dont have peace at wrk
Cons
if you want to survive do buttering

Excellent-If in good books of your manager
AC (Former Employee) –  Pune, MaharashtraMay 29, 2018
Overall work-life balance is on a toss. They provide your free facilities but ensure to get returns in multiplication by providing free snacks, drinks, transport, etc. Now the transport is also worse as compared to a year back. On paper, the salary seems to be OK but compared to the competitor its a nut. Forget about job security. If you are in good books of your boss then secured job and income or else, you know. This is especially in HR department. Leaders from the delivery side are really good with logical thinking and to do attitude but from support, its worst.
Pros
Free Snacks, drinks, movie tickets, sweet talk by HR
Cons
Career at stake if not in a good books of your manager, low visibility of growth if individual contributor and serious in work

The work overall has a lot of learning and brainstorming involved but the work hours and work pressure is something I personally couldn't manage. I loved the amount of knowledge I achieved during my tenure which I know was pretty short.

If looking for free snacks, lunch, dinner, and drinks without much value for your career then this is the best company to go with. Question on career growth unless and until you are in favorite books of your boss and his sycophants.
Pros
Good interior with water fountain, free eatables
Cons
No job security, stressed work life, irritating staffing team, no value addition by L&D team except same old stroy
