You start with a 2 week program for all new associates, and then they have training seminars for a variety of topics, on a regular basis. All associates are able to use this knowledge to advance to the highest desired level of their ability. The training program is very instrumental in bringing you up to speed on all of their different product offerings.
ZS was my first job after my undergraduate. I think it was a great learning platform for me. I learnt a lot about BI, and corporate culture in general. The best aspect of working at ZS is the people. The culture is absolutely great.
