Able to get great benefits. The schedule and hours are flexible.I was able to switch over when I needed benefits for health care. They provide good options.

Letter Carrier; city carrier assistant (Former Employee) –  Idaho Falls, IDMay 22, 2018
in general the other employees were easy to work with. The management however was very unappreciative of the city carrier assistants. Throwing them into routes with no knowledge and a constant stress on making times.

Rural Letter Carrier (Current Employee) –  Clarksville, TNMay 22, 2018
The United States Postal Service is first and foremost, a very demanding job. You will work a lot of long days, and its possible to work 10-12 days in a row without a day off. However, the pay and compensation, along with your fellow employees, make it worth the hard work and stress.
