Creative Director (Former Employee) –  Denver, COMarch 28, 2018
Alright place. Place is fun. Work is boring. Way too much old, dead weight. Don't trust or support their creatives' visions on client work, preferring safe alternatives.

Integer was good to me.
Executive Art Director (Former Employee) –  Lakewood, COMarch 2, 2018
Nice place to work. This agency is account driven not creative driven. Leans toward Copy Writer creative direction v.s. Artist driven creative direction. Rapidly changing culture. Becoming a typical Omnicom Agency.
Pros
Has had some amazing people.
Cons
Rapidly changing culture.

Interger
Payroll Administrator (Former Employee) –  Lakewood, COJanuary 24, 2018
I would not refer anyone to Integer due to the games that management plays. The HR department doesn't stand behind the employees, they just take the word of the manager without looking into the issue at hand.

When I was there, they hired a Controller to "clean house" and in this process, a lot of good people were let go for no other reason than the CFO didn't like them.

Network Administrator (Former Employee) –  Lakewood, COJanuary 22, 2018
A typical day was troubleshooting network infrastructure and architecting new solutions. The environment was fun and the people very friendly. It was stressful like any other job but the team knows how to work hard and play hard. Fun atmosphere and great amenities.
Pros
Great Benefits
Cons
Sometimes have to work late hours but not always

Liberal Work Environment. Unchallenging Projects.
Artist (Current Employee) –  Dallas, TXOctober 1, 2017
The good stuff: All the typical work benefits.
Pretty positive work environment (Co-workers are easy to work with and respect each other.)
Lots of fun work sponsored activities scheduled routinely.
Free snacks and coffee.
Overall good morale.

The bad stuff: The work is not all that challenging.
Unrealistically short production times are common.
Creative ideas are too often disregarded for "safe" design.
My boss has little respect for our opinions and is consistently disrespectful of his employees.

A great company to work for!
Visual Content Creator (Former Employee) –  Lakewood, COJuly 11, 2017
Overall, a great company to work for! It's the clients and culture that really makes it worthwhile. I'd definitely recommend them if you are looking to work in an agency environment.

Fun place to work, top heavy on management side
MEDIA PLANNER/BUYER (Former Employee) –  Lakewood, COApril 17, 2017
When I worked there it was a blast. I did work very long hours and didn't get much in terms of raises or promotions. Very top heavy on management side.

Senior Technical Producer (Current Employee) –  Lakewood, COMarch 14, 2017
Need better business development/leadership, etc. Been there almost 2 years and still wondering when there's going to be enough work for the number of people that work there.
Pros
Nice office
Cons
No real leadership

Great place to be (Lakewood Office)
Production Technology Developer (Current Employee) –  Lakewood, COFebruary 13, 2017
I've loved working here, even though the pay-scale (for my profession, at least) isn't quite up to industry standards. It's a fun place, and they truly care about their people — to the point that in the round of layoffs and position-closures that impacted me, they paid for job-search assistance for anyone who was willing to take them up on it.

They are, perhaps, not a good long-term job-prospect if you're being hired during an upswing in clients and associated work — As an ad-agency, the volatility of clients, work, etc., may well mean that if a client they acquired before one's starting to work here jumps ship, your position may well end up on the chopping-block.

That said, if the volatility is something you can live with, it's an *outstanding* place to be.
Pros
Covered parking, Christmas/New-Year's break, Good PTO, Some discounts on various clients' products, Anniversary PTO
Cons
Very volatile based on client churn

Great company to work for.
Account Director, MillerCoors Marketing Operations (Former Employee) –  Lakewood, COJanuary 6, 2017
I loved working at The Integer Group. There is a great culture and you are given the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team. The people are what make Integer a great place to work.
Pros
Lots of fun activities that keep the culture alive. Talented people.
Cons
Losing a lot of business lately.

Culture is a marketing word, not a reality.
employee (Current Employee) –  Lakewood, COOctober 12, 2016
Majority of leadership has led at one place, Integer. Truly don't know anything but. So don't come here to learn from above or have any mentorship or gained experience from anywhere but Integer.

When a company grows and a common issue is, "They don't know that they don't know.", well that is a flaw.

Fine place to get some starter niche marketing knowledge on consumers. But again, just beware the level of experience leading the company. Again, many started (and will end) their management careers there, so not much variety of agency leadership can be expected.
Pros
pays the bills
Cons
leadership, losing clients, layoffs, personality over performance culture

Don't go here
Account Managment (Current Employee) –  DenverOctober 9, 2016
A company that's lost more than 50% of its revenue in the past 2 years.

Management that's just walking around the halls waiting to retire.

A total lack of culture, spirit, or gumption for necessary change.

Layoffs. Lots of layoffs.
Pros
Come in at 9, leave at 5 and you're still considered a hard worker
Cons
Everything

No longer a great place
Accounting (Former Employee) –  Lakewood, COSeptember 18, 2016
The company used to be a fun place to work but has gotten too corporate. New Director with a "do things my way" attitude & if you do not fit in as their "type of employee" you're out the door. Will work you raw and the only thing you'll get is a thank you. No raises!!! Company going downhill. No longer a great place to work.
Pros
Christmas week off
Cons
Management, no raises

Very busy work place
Creative Director/3d Designer (Former Employee) –  Lakewood, COJune 6, 2015
Typical day at work was 9 hours equaling meetings, consulting, and designing. I learned as companies get larger they sometime lose site of their initial goal(s). This mainly applies to the management. Co-worker were Great! Finding the time to balance work vs personal.
Most enjoyable was providing solutions to a problem, and interacting with others.
Pros
Professional freedom to be responsible.
Cons
Vacation time flexibility

World class ad agency with a field organization that is second to none.
Pacific Region Director (Current Employee) –  Roseville, CAMarch 1, 2015
Brilliant thinkers. All work is filtered through the 3 lens model and shopper continuum. Their ideas move the needle for clients. Agency immerses themselves in the clients business to the point they know it better than many clients.
Pros
World class agency with smart and experienced personnel. Strong leadership at the top.
Cons
Staff is thin. Committed to a complicated process

Excellent culture but resources are over burdened.
Director (Former Employee) –  Des Moines, IAOctober 21, 2014
The Integer Network has many positive attributes working for it and this includes the Des Moines office. The network itself is beginning to understand how best to harness a "network" approach rather than letting each office manage a unique set of resources.

Having written that, this office seems to be more focused on customer service than it is proactive account planning. As a result, resource management is often strained.
Pros
Culture, beer, social activities, family environment
Cons
long hours and some dysfunction
