Wasn't really noticed at this company. Heads down and do the work. My supervisor was really engaged and fun to work with. The art directors were rude and pushy

Horrible culture in Des Moines
Creative Consultant (Former Employee) –  Des Moines, IANovember 16, 2018
If you are not part of the Denver "in group" you are out in Des Moines. They don't like you nor will support you. Very bad environment. Staff is half of what is was in numbers since January of this year. Really ugly environment.
Pros
Good workers
Cons
Bad culture. Non caring management towards Des Moines.

Great Experience Working Here!
Data Analyst Intern (Former Employee) –  Denver, COOctober 9, 2018
It is a great experience working in the company. People from different departments can communicate with each other efficiently and they are very experienced in their own expertise.

Great people, disconnect with higher ups.
Creative (Current Employee) –  Lakewood, COSeptember 19, 2018
The Integer Group does a great job hiring people with great personalities and work ethics that are an absolute joy to work with.

Where the company falls short is the sever disconnect between the creatives and the executive officers. When clients are lost, the wrong people are let go and management would rather get rid of someone than give a promotion. Also the scale of the promotions doesn't keep up with the cost of living increases for the area.
Pros
Flexible Hours
Cons
Lack of promotional opportunities

Intelligence Manager (Former Employee) –  Lakewood, COSeptember 9, 2018
Talked a lot about work life balance but it was fairly non-existent.
I did learn a lot about research.
Team management was excellent but agency management lacking.
Culture used to be very fun & dynamic but morale is lacking due to multiple year layoffs.
The hardest part of the job was enough time to think requests through.
The best part of the job was interacting with my team members.
Pros
healthcare reasonable priced for employee only

Overrated
Creative Department (Former Employee) –  Des Moines, IAJuly 5, 2018
Integer is great for somebody first entering into the advertising agency word. You work with high-profile clients and are able to begin building your resume and portfolio. There are fun internal events to help break up the grind of the heavy workload.

One of the biggest drawbacks is that Integer is VERY cliquey. If you're not a part of the "in" group then you're viewed as disposable and almost looked down on. There is also a high turnover rate and a lack of job security. Compensation isn't great, you have a heavy workload and work long hours. Also, unless you're in a director position your ability to be creative is severely limited.

My experience was that Integer is overrated. Not a bad company to work for depending on where you're at in your career. Just don't overlook the glaring flaws.
Pros
Internal Events, Resume/Portfolio Building Experience
Cons
Cliquey, Lack of Job Security, Low Compensation, Boring Work

Sales Associate (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXMay 19, 2018
Integer is an interesting place. The company appears fairly nice and friendly from the outside, but is brutally competitive and self-serving once you start working in the office. There is tons of politics and very difficult to work effectively on teams with the current culture in place.

I was compensated fairly for the Dallas market and they paid great benefits and a generous company holiday plan!

Senior Account Executive (Former Employee) –  Denver, COMay 18, 2018
No regrets. Great culture, work, people, and experiences. I got to work on some of the biggest and well-known brands. Training and learning opportunities were non-stop and I felt empowered to to what was best for the Agency and clients.

Creative Director (Former Employee) –  Denver, COMarch 28, 2018
Alright place. Place is fun. Work is boring. Way too much old, dead weight. Don't trust or support their creatives' visions on client work, preferring safe alternatives.

Integer was good to me.
Executive Art Director (Former Employee) –  Lakewood, COMarch 2, 2018
Nice place to work. This agency is account driven not creative driven. Leans toward Copy Writer creative direction v.s. Artist driven creative direction. Rapidly changing culture. Becoming a typical Omnicom Agency.
Pros
Has had some amazing people.
Cons
Rapidly changing culture.

Interger
Payroll Administrator (Former Employee) –  Lakewood, COJanuary 24, 2018
I would not refer anyone to Integer due to the games that management plays. The HR department doesn't stand behind the employees, they just take the word of the manager without looking into the issue at hand.

When I was there, they hired a Controller to "clean house" and in this process, a lot of good people were let go for no other reason than the CFO didn't like them.

Network Administrator (Former Employee) –  Lakewood, COJanuary 22, 2018
A typical day was troubleshooting network infrastructure and architecting new solutions. The environment was fun and the people very friendly. It was stressful like any other job but the team knows how to work hard and play hard. Fun atmosphere and great amenities.
Pros
Great Benefits
Cons
Sometimes have to work late hours but not always

VP (Current Employee) –  DallasJanuary 18, 2018
Toughest company culture I have been associated with. Passive aggressive but very cut throat. You can't manage this. Clients like working with us but feel very sorry for us. They see through this.
Pros
Great Holiday Schedule - 4 days for Mem Day, 4th and Labor Day
Cons
Fast Paced

Liberal Work Environment. Unchallenging Projects.
Artist (Current Employee) –  Dallas, TXOctober 1, 2017
The good stuff: All the typical work benefits.
Pretty positive work environment (Co-workers are easy to work with and respect each other.)
Lots of fun work sponsored activities scheduled routinely.
Free snacks and coffee.
Overall good morale.

The bad stuff: The work is not all that challenging.
Unrealistically short production times are common.
Creative ideas are too often disregarded for "safe" design.
My boss has little respect for our opinions and is consistently disrespectful of his employees.

Overall, a great company to work for! It's the clients and culture that really makes it worthwhile. I'd definitely recommend them if you are looking to work in an agency environment.

Integer Group - Caution
VP (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXJune 8, 2017
Employees turnover and flex with Fortune 100 corporate America. Part of the Omnicom group of companies, the idea is to contract with large Fortune 100 companies so these large companies can remain flexible and increase or decrease corporate marketing employees quickly and without public relations repercussions if they have to reduce workforce quickly.
Pros
The people I worked with
Cons
The management, the culture

MEDIA PLANNER/BUYER (Former Employee) –  Lakewood, COApril 17, 2017
When I worked there it was a blast. I did work very long hours and didn't get much in terms of raises or promotions. Very top heavy on management side.

Some friendly people but lacking business and leadership
Senior Technical Producer (Current Employee) –  Lakewood, COMarch 14, 2017
Need better business development/leadership, etc. Been there almost 2 years and still wondering when there's going to be enough work for the number of people that work there.
Pros
Nice office
Cons
No real leadership
