I took incoming calls and planned a trip of a lifetime with potential cruise guest. This was my first call center job and I learned fast to communicate and expressing the benefits and features to convince guest to purchase there vacation. I did not find any part of this job hard or difficult. I'm very professional, easy to learn and adapt.
