Good Culture & Nice People. Internal Communication and Necessary Resources are severely lacking
Vice President (Former Employee) – New York, NY – May 2, 2017
Good work environment and talented staff, but the constant attempts to operate lean and spread already limited resources across various business units makes accomplishing goals impossible. The lack of process within Perform is astounding. Whether your dealing with IT, Finance, Legal, or Senior Management there is no guidance. It's very much a "figure it out yourself" environment which is extremely difficult to succeed in.
Senior Operations Engineer (Former Employee) – Bangor, County Down – April 10, 2017
Great company to work for but Pay could be better. I liked the range of equipment we got to control a be the autonomy to resolve client issues and the encouragement given to try new methodologies abd practices.
Account Manager & Assistant to Vice President (Former Employee) – Manhattan, NY – April 2, 2017
I absolutely adored working at Perform Media Group. I wished I could have worked there longer. However, My classes at the time took priority so I had to request a leave. The people there are absolutely wonderful people.
Senior Media Manager (Current Employee) – Feltham, Greater London – January 30, 2017
Perform is a good sporting broadcast company with a lot of potential for the right candidate to succeed. There is a lot of content that Performs deals with, giving candidates ample opportunities for future prospects.
Purchasing Manager (Former Employee) – York, PA – December 11, 2012
A typical day was to review all raw material purchases through the mrp system. I would follow up with the purchasing agents on any late materials and advise on what needed to be expedited to meet customer demands. I also handled production done in China, placed po's, handled production issues, trouble shooting.
The hardest part of my job was to implement changes in a growing environment where people had been doing things the same way for over 25 years.
The most enjoyable part of my job was to see the outcome of finished products.
