Working from Home not worth it
Director of Project Coordination (Current Employee) –  Jacksonville, FLApril 18, 2014
ML Consulting expects you to work 80-90 hours a week. No benefits, No paid time off. When you do try to take a vacation you can only go if where you are going has internet. He calls you at 7am after you worked until 3 or 4am. It is nothing out of the norm to be put down and cussed at on conference calls. If you can't make a meeting or a conference call he makes you feel like the whole project will fail because of you.
Pros
Sometimes flexible with schedule
Cons
No healthcare, expects you to be availabe 24/7, Must wait 60 days to get paid
