Not the best hotel group

Despite being positioned as a global brand with more than 120 hotels worldwide, the management lacks the vision to move the brand forward. It's not a hotel management company but rather a hotel assets company, focusing more on the bottom line than other success factors such as service excellence and a culture of learning and staff development.
