Face to face interview is done by the Restaurant manager when applicants apply. They do not discriminate as long as the individual is willing to work and commit they are happy to recruit.
Talk abt your strength and weakness. also tell thm how are you going to benefit th company if they were to accept you. make sure you cn commit!
