Best Integrated Resort in Singapore
Bartender (Current Employee) –  SingaporeFebruary 11, 2017
I learned how to provide an exceptional and excellent service to the guests. The management was helpful to rank-and-file workers. They conduct meetings and training for the rank-and-file workers to maintain and develop their service skills. My co-workers were very helpful. They encouraged each and every one of us to be the best in our chosen field. The hardest part of the job was during the Chinese New Year. The hotel was fully-booked and the team needed to cope up with the demands of the situation. The most enjoyable part of the job was every time you make the guests feel more than satisfied with the kind of service you provided.
Pros

Banquet Waitress (Current Employee) –  Bukit PanjangOctober 31, 2016
This job allows us to work with friends which is fun and tiring at the same time.

It's tiring as you have you run here and there as MBS is very big, and sometimes you have to carry heavy things. But overall it's always fun because there's always friends around.

There is a daily report that need to do first thing in the morning. Follow by the roster update. Need to review the Service level of operation to find out opportunities for roster planning. Hardest part is long hours to analyze call patterns for roster planning. Enjoyable part is the free meals provided daily.

Service attendant (Former Employee) –  SingaporeApril 27, 2016
a typical day at work is when you get a morning shift wherein its not really busy.i've learned a lot on how to deal with different type of people, and how to manage them when temper goes up due to loosing money for gumbling.management were good.my co-workers ,some are okey and very cooperative, and very passionate.the hardest part of job is that if you where put as a shift leader and you we're put with the lazy staff all work was yours.the most enjoyable part of the job if your team are working hard and of course you will get good feedback from the guests.
Pros
