Its a very diverse place to work with different nationalities. You can learn the different culture and history of each staff. Working here is a very answered prayer for me. This place is so huge with thousands of staff and yet the management can manage the welfare by giving a very good benefits to the staff. Its so nice place to work with a very nice people and ambiance every day.

Horrible supervisors, super biased and just fired employees without any notice. Unprofessional at handling situations with casuals, expect casuals to do more work than team members but got paid lesser than them. Being so unreasonable at times of situation. If it’s not for her, I would give it a 5 stars

Basically a Customer Service job. i get to meet all types of people everyday and attend to their needs. I enjoyed working there because there is satisfaction at the end of the day when i get compliments from the guest and shoppers.

I had a great experience working at Marina Bay Sands. My colleagues were always a boost for me to want to go to work and the shift hours were not that exhausting.

- alot of fun stuff to learn. (Esp: learn about the mall, learn about the art inside and outside the mall, meet alot of people and also doing reservations for restaurant inside the mall)

Sun is the most challenging part of the job.
