I would say it's a great experience working for this company. The benefits are great for one, salary wise as well as the bonuses, medical insurance, free meals and a lot more.
Work wise, It can be very challenging at times when you have to deal with different nationalities with different traditions and beliefs but when you think about it, every job comes with its own challenges and how you handle it is what separates you from the rest.
The challenge is also what makes the job enjoyable. You get to work with different nationalities and with it comes new learning. I believe the work environment is very important. We have a healthy working environment at Marina Bay Sands.

Good company and restaurant to working with. Learning how to handling guest with taking order ,understanding what guest need. Learning all the food allergy and description. Job is good, a little tough for new comers but manageable. Been there for about 2 years and the people and management are helpful and friendly. It's a very fast pace environment, at times we receive call queue is when the manager will already be going ard to ensure that all agents on call. Some customers are difficult but some are nice.
