Assistant Project Engineer (Former Employee) –  TampinesSeptember 24, 2019
Medical benefits, AWS and bonus are attractive and also provide transportation allowance. Working culture can be quite different as you will be facing with lots of foreigners especially from the Contractors side.

Able to take public transport for free
Senior Transport Planner (Former Employee) –  SingaporeJuly 23, 2019
We are given free rides on public transports to promote the use. However, the company has many red tapes when working with other agencies. Supervisors tend to overload their subordinates with irrelevant work.

productive but demanding workplace.
Principal Executive Service Officer (Current Employee) –  Little IndiaAugust 10, 2018
Get ready to handle daily accidents or incidents. To send out SMS to higher managements to inform of such cases.Do the daily excel files that needed to submit to CEO. Do daily checks on equipments throughout the entire operations centre. I have learned to read the road maps and get to know the roads that I have not seen before. The workplace culture is abit rigid as we have to follow a set of rules as to report to higher management in case of any incidents occurred. The hardest part of the job is in the event of train disruptions we have to inform the personnel in the public transport group to be recalled and have to set cameras to look at the designated bus stops where bus shuttle services will ply through. In case of overcrowding or too many taxis or private hired cars that stuck near designated bus stops, we have to call the enforcements to the scene to handle the situation. The most enjoyable part is to look and see the surroundings through road cameras.
Pros
free meals
Cons
long hours
