Work life balance
Performance and personal development communication can improve
A typical day at work: average 11 hours What I learned: Able to multi-tasks Management: prioritizing work efficiently My co-workers: Open communication Hardest part: Overwhelming workload (back-to-back cut-off time), Limited manpower working on public holiday Enjoyable part: Afternoon shift hours
Open communications and respect for individual
Long hours, work on PH, irregular shift works and high turnover
If you are looking for a stable environment in the financial industry, this is the place to go. If you are looking for meritocracy, you might want to try elsewhere as priority is given much to the race spelt in the subject header.
Typical day at work is deployment of Thinclients and PCs and assisting users with their PC problems. I've learned that bigger banks is more challenging and management is a huge part in a team. The management level is unacceptable in a sense that it's affecting the interest and enthusiasm of their employees. Hardest part of the job was coming to work with a big rock on your back and knocking off is like dropping that huge load from your back. the most enjoyable part of the job is the users are polite and nice and grateful to us for helping them.
