Associate (Former Employee) – Singapore – June 4, 2019
Too political, lack of growth. The management has a short term vision. Very difficult to move internally. Very focused on AI/ ML implementation. Except for brand name there are no other major positives.
I have a very good 29 years career at JPMorgan and build very strong networking globally and supportive manager through out. I am also given opportunity and exposure along the way to try out new venture and new skill.
This 29 years rep my best and memorable part in life
Terrible company to work for, no job security at all. All employee’s are dispensable. Constant change of management because they do not retain employees, almost 6 years working there then new upper management came in thinks India is better because cheaper labour then got rid of all level 1-3 employees. No commitment to employees for job security or even assistance for lateral movement.
Good work life balance and employee benefits. Open culture where most people are helpful. however, employee personal performance and career development talks should happen more frequently throughout the year.
Work life balance
Performance and personal development communication can improve
Analyst (Former Employee) – Singapore – August 15, 2017
Busy working most of the time, not much free or slack time during office hours. Great exposure and good management within the company. Long working hours and can get quite stressful in order to meet tight deadlines.
