I loved working at in n out. I was there for over 4 years and just love the company. The management cares about you and your life and understand you have other things going on. They always make things fun and there are parties that you can earn as a store and most states have Christmas parties and a summer picnic

In-N-Out is one the best places to work, but not without sacrifice. If you want to work at a team oriented place that is extremely upbeat and fun with decent pay, then In-N-Out is the way to go.

It was practically a high school full of gossip

During my time at In N Out I kept to myself more often hearing all the gossip. The environment set by the monthly switched shift leaders a lot of the times stressed you out as if for entertainment. Female associates could refuse certain duties where males had them enforced on.

In N Out is a really understanding company, especially when it comes to people going to school. They are really supportive and there for you when you need to take classes. The schedule is flexible. Management at the time needed to work on training people more efficiently. It is very fast paced so you must be able to keep up.
