Typical Days are at the last 4-5 days of month end. We involve full time working process during these days. Learned that we need to always full fledged in what work we do without any errors. Management is doing good for the employees at times. Workplace Culture is phenomenal. The hardest part of the job is making the stakeholders or the Front ends make understand of the process. The most enjoyable part of job is when we receive an appreciation from Front Ends for the process we did without any errors and backlogs.
