Typical day is meeting KPI of 112 emails in a day, shifting may depend on roster issued on a monthly basis. I have learned a lot from the daily tasks of answering passengers, drivers, customers especially on the issue of safety, driving skills, incentives for drivers, accident reporting and basic app trouble shooting. I like the work environment as it reflects a very family-like working environment wherein in you may ask everyone and all are happy to help out. Hardest part is leaving the company behind since I need to migrate to England.
