Good company to work with. They provide free trainings for personal advancement
They provide trainings for personal advancement, however the monthly shift work schedule is not good for the body to adjust, especially when the boss give an OT of day shift duty when you are in a night shif duty, and vice versa.
it would be helpful if the shift changes quarterly and OT's given are of the same daily time shift schedule.
