I do like my job, but the management, and supervisors do not know how to manage the personnel as well as mentoring those who want to advance, and take every chance they get to discourage or try to block any advancement for their employees. They hold everyone to different standards. They do not know how to use or appreciate the human capitol. Many people have to leave, then come back after a few years to make advancement in their field.
Prepared equipment and materials needed for the manufacture of Durarome and learned to work faster as a team. Management was understanding and would work with you at times. Co-workers were decent when they were working theres not really a difficult part to this job if you know what your doing. The most enjoyable part was finishing up the job perfectly.

Je garde un très bon souvenir de mon premier travail chez Firmenich car j'ai travaillé en collaboration avec une équipe très dynamique et souriante. J'ai appris énormément de choses durant ces deux ans, temps du point de vue technique qu'humain. Je regrette juste de ne pas avoir eu l'opportunité de décrocher un contrat de longue durée.
