Good Reputation of the Firm
Audit (Former Employee) –  SingaporeJune 20, 2018
Overtime for consecutive 2 weeks
- average daily working hours more than 18 hours per day
- tough tasks but effective management and efficiencies are the only way to make things out

It would be good if human power was enough to handle the tasks

Audit Associate (Former Employee) –  SingaporeMay 8, 2018
Long working hours with low pay and bonus. Don't be mistaken with the promised "salary increment", you are just recovering what you missed out with the low salary in the first two years.
Pros
Little competition for promotion
Cons
Long hours and low pay

Internship (Former Employee) –  RafflesApril 10, 2018
My internship at the company was fun-filled & enriching with many supportive colleagues around that were willing to provide help when we required. The most interesting part of my internship at EY was being able to audit companies from different industries. My internship period was considered the peak period as many companies were doing the yearly financial closing, which also meant that long working hours were required.

Stable platform to have a long term career
Manager (Current Employee) –  RafflesApril 1, 2018
Work culture in EY is accommodating for working parents and people with commitments outside of work. Work life balance is possible at EY. Besides this, a career at EY is lucrative if you become a partner.

Avoid offsite projects
Senior Associate, Advisory Services (Former Employee) –  Jurong WestMarch 28, 2018
Generally good if working in central office, but avoid if being hired for long-term offsite projects. Little opportunities given for job rotation or advancement in those roles, which often stagnate professional development.

Long hours, busy periods. Quite fast paced environment and due to cost constraints at times may not have enough hands at one project therefore leading to long hours.

A1, A2, S1 etc.), as such you will be learning many new things ranging from soft skills (eg. communicating with clients and team members, time management, analytical etc.) to honing your technical skills (eg. knowledge of FRS, SSA etc).

Audit Senior Associate (Former Employee) –  SingaporeOctober 13, 2017
If it wasn't for EY, I would have not been good at my craft. We all know audit is already difficult, but as long as you have great teammates working alongside with you, you will survive audit.
