Dyson grew rapidly over the years which is a very positive outlook considering the age of the company. The company has very good engineers who are smart and hardworking but also have a lot of redundant people not performing and hindering Dyson’s growth. Dyson went on a hiring spree upon expansion and hired a lot of employees who aren’t monitored for efficiency. HR in Dyson is the worst one can ever see.. both in terms of efficiency or delivery of service. I personally think Dyson can do so much better if the workforce is monitored well and a healthy culture is reinforced..
By the way, a normal workday at Dyson is a group of zombies walking in, not greeting each other, not smiling as each other, sat at their desks and staring at their laptops!
