Bad Culture. The boss did not want you to advance, stole your work and claimed the credit. Compensation is poor. Office bully and HR did not care. The system/technology was poor so that you spent most of time doing manual/labor work.

I assisted my managers with paper work like filing, and arranging meetings. Also learnt to use the internal Quality Tracking system as this was a corporate call center. Work culture was good as my colleagues were helpful and friendly and worked well as a team. They were supportive and clarified any questions I had.

Roles are moving to Pune, India. If you are looking for a long term employment maybe this is not the place. I was hired back in June and after 2 weeks they had a meeting and inform us that the role is moving out.
They should have a hiring freeze while transition is taking place which they never did
