工作时间长,需要轮班,种族歧视,薪金不符合工作量,如果底薪能像A公司,大家不会辞职转换去A公司,而且吃饭不定时,公司没设食堂。

Cons: There's always people getting promotion for doing nothing.Promotion policy changes yearly.Pay isn't very good for the numbers of days you do.Terminal management love ball sucking people. Higher management look at figure only.
Pro: Nice working environment. Some junior supervision people is the only one who understand you. Some nice coworkers. Some benefits is good for officers

Need to handle annoying passenger and act in front of dislike colleague.
Learn how to lead team and independent.Supervisor look after the person who she like.Air-con environment,need co-operate with different races.
Hardest part is need to act happy when facing the colleague that u dislike.
This job is relaxing and u will feel lazy and no useful skill for ur future career path.
