When I worked for the Bank (started as a Teller then progressed to positions of Customer Service Representative, Personal Banker, etc.) , we endured a very disciplined working environment (especially at 48 Martin Place) and accordingly we received well-known public appreciation. I personally heard little about public criticisms because as the Staff of the unforgettable Bank, I often focused on dealing satisfactorily with uncountable customers' continuous demands and expectations from the Bank's promised "excellent" products and services.
Overall, I could earn what I seriously worked for under the Bank's strict internal management. Within a given working condition, I performed professionally as an Economic Graduate from the University of Sydney as well.
