Not for Everyone
Analyst (Former Employee) –  RafflesDecember 24, 2018
Its a place you either love or hate. The benefits and package are among best in class. Place however stinks of bureaucracy and petty politics. There are many processes that are in place for show only as the staff either don't know of their existence or pretend not to. Management are high caliber people but their hands-off approach propagates the breeding of the earlier mentioned culture.
Pros
Great Benefits
Cons
Poor KPIs setting and guidance
