Nice place with nice colleagues
Senior Auditor, Assurance Department (Former Employee) –  SingaporeAugust 1, 2019
The most enjoyable part of the job is you will meet up with different colleagues and clients, and different industries. Can learn a lot from audit methodologies. But there is no work/life balance in audit firms.

Tax Associate (Intern) (Former Employee) –  BugisApril 30, 2019
I was an intern there so it was interesting to learn about new things as well as to put what I learn into real life examples.
In all, it was a good experience.

Good place to pursue an audit career outside of Big 4
Audit Associate (Former Employee) –  BugisSeptember 21, 2018
Culture is good, managers and seniors are generally helpful. 'family'like culture. Hard work is rewarded and recognised in the form of promotions/increments.

Client profile includes a lot of churches and non profits.
Pros
Good culture, opportunities for learning and exposure to both large and small clients.
Cons
Long hours during peak period, not as well known, too many non-profit clients

Better audit firm among mid-tier audit firm.
Assurance Senior (Former Employee) –  SingaporeJanuary 19, 2017
Spent almost 3 years in the Firm and a lot of changes over the past 3 years.
A place to learn and equip yourself with knowledge and skills.
The fact is the peers are nice.
Pros
Peers are nice and willing to share knowledge
Cons
Treatment to employees sometimes quite unfair

Senior Auditor (Former Employee) –  BugisAugust 14, 2016
Imbalance of work and life. Don't expect you will have personal time once you join the Company. However, the Company will enable you to have great exposures as you will take responsibility on most of the audit assignments.
Pros
Reasonable remuneration
Cons
Long hours

Fun place to work
Audit Manager (Former Employee) –  SingaporeAugust 1, 2016
Overall experience is satisfying. Culture wise, the people are down to earth and not as "arrogant" as the Big 4 audit firms, which you may typically find in these sot of Big 4 firms. Portfolio/client niches are also somehow unique from the rest as they also cater to non-profit organisations.

I was being posted out to client's place most of the time. Hence, I did not spend much time in the office.

In the short few weeks, I have learnt to carry out the basics of an auditing job which have put what that I have learnt in school into good use.
Pros
able to learn from different seniors
Cons
travelling
