Atos was just the contract company for Standard Charter Bank so therefore I do not actually work in Atos but as a contractor for Standard Charter Bank.

Stressful, Fast-paced Environment
Technical Solutions Specialist - Level 2 (Former Employee) –  PhilippinesMarch 26, 2014
There's too much office politics going on. Hardest part is that there are too many calls and emails that come in on weekdays and the salary's not even as competitive anymore. Most employees' past time is to rumor monger. It's not the company but the people that make it a bad place to work at. Otherwise, the opportunities are unlimited and the company's health benefits, annual increase, semi annual incentives and other privileges make up for the stress and negative image. There are still somehow nice people left back there too.
Pros
Health Benefits for Long Time Employees
Cons
Mandatory OTs, Excessive Calls and Emails, Management
