Key in/create and maintain static data (Customer, Supplier, Employee, Bank Account, etc)
as needed by AR (Accounts Payable), AP (Accounts Payable) and GL (General Ledger) team
Print and file the static data request form for archiving purpose
Routine tasks like printing month-end reports, etc
