Job scope
- Handle all import and export oceanfreight forwarding services.
- Attend to customer's enquiries via telephone, fax, email...respond timely and accurately...queries.
- Make booking...proccurement/Ocean dept.
- Follow up on missing documents with origin station...customer.
- Liaise with customer on local transport arrangements, warehouse staff for self-delivery shipment and trucker for pick-up arrangements.
